I am quite interested in experimenting with different samples of water by myself, accordingly to the information consumed from my research based on many video materials I watched. Scientists insist that water has got memory and could remember the words said to it or it could memorise a picture shown to it. The water is responding actually by changing the structure of its pattern on a molecular level when frozen, which could be seen under the microscope(see video below). I'll try my best to experiment in different ways, as I have only a toy microscope (my child’s toy), but it is quite functional. I will be focusing only on the pattern of a frozen water sample and will try to categorise the differences of the water samples, in accordance to the words shown or said to it. As I have to respond to the project by providing a visual artistic image, there is no necessity to get to the molecular level; and it was already done professionally by scientists (see the video below).
As I worked in a laboratory environment with microscope in the past, due to my medical profession; I have some experience and I will try something at home this time, using the equipment I have. Possibly, I will buy the real microscope with fitted in camera to take some pictures, or take a video of what I see under the microscope. That will be fun!
A sample of the video materials from the research I have done is represented below:
As I mentioned before, I am going to investigate different words said to the water sample, which will be frozen and observed under the microscope. The one of the words I have chosen is "aesthetics", which definitely deserves attention.
The notion of Aesthetics is broaden and could be applied either to the external look of the person, the style of clothes and to personal thoughts, those appear in the mind of the individual. Also, could be a combination of external and internal aspects of the personality, purity and clarity of the thoughts and self-representation.
I am going to visualise it by creating installation and illustration either digital, hand drawn or hand painted, in accordance to my experiments with water samples or with other materials, which I will investigate along the project.
I will start from observing the pattern of a frozen water sample and pictures of snowflakes, which are most aesthetic looking and unique. I believe, that later on, it will lead myself to some other ideas and emerge into a major idea for the project.
This is the link to the pictures of snowflakes done professionally, which I found on Internet:

In terms of completing a research, I decided to look at as many as possible pictures of things, subjects and objects; which are regarded as aesthetic looking and accepted in different cultures as exemplary. It could be man made objects or the part of the natural world.
For example the swan neck could be described as graceful and aesthetic looking. Here is a wonderful picture of swans -representatives of natural world, found on internet [http://wallfon.com/animals/animals-two-swans-wallpaper-swan-swans-birds.html]
The peacocks tail has got an amazing pattern:
