Laser Cut Workshop

I had an introduction to the Laser Cut technique.The Laser Cut studio is situated near the Oxford Road railway station in Manchester.It is very useful to know that there is a studio, which could be used in terms of mass production of the items cut by laser machine.It is possible to hire the studio to use the Laser Cut for hour as minimum.I managed to create an image in terms of preparation for the Lase Cut procedure.The image was created for one of the projects previously.It is a painting on canvas by acrylic.The character has been developed after a group visit to the Stockport Cemetery organised by teachers at Stockport College.The grave stones were studied for the  additional information about period of time when the person lived.Then,as the next stage of the task, the image of the personality was created , the fake name was given to the character and the fake story has been written as a description of this character.My Invented Persona called the Admiral Dlien Johnson.

So I depicted this image for engraving onto the different materials by Laser Cut machine.

Obviously, I have not adjusted the original image good enough; and the engraving isn’t grate,but I had an experience of what the Laser Cut procedure is like.I might use this technique for my Final Major Project at the end of the year.
